‘A Flag, Stripes And A Guy in Green Overalls’ (2017) is a project by Dewi Bekker and was part of Bravado, a four-part show by Das Leben am Haverkamp, during Amsterdam Fashion Week.
The sun would not catch them on the road is a series of garments, props and masks by Dewi Bekker. It was shown as part of Das Leben am Haverkamp’s collective presentation The Show-Off Show during Paris Men’s Fashionweek at Atelier Neerlandais.
The graduation project I would like to brink beer high among the Aesir by Dewi Bekker explores the absurd intertwined with myths and everyday life. The work has been on show at the graduation show of The Royal Academy of Art, The Hague, Modebelofte, DDW Eindhoven and at AFW Lichting 2013.
