QUIRKY CRUISE

In the context of Amsterdam Fashion Week, Das Leben am Haverkamp developed the Quirky Cruise Collection. With a series of 25 two-dimensional looks, the collective wonders how the functionality and wearability of clothing relate to the spectacle of a fashion show. By showing their ideas as two-dimensional objects, they investigate the absurdist phenomenon of the fashion show, the power of catwalk photography and the PR machine that surrounds the spectacle.
